Reboot Kya hota hai
What is reboot : Reboot का मतलब है की आपके computer या device पहले से ही ‘ON’ है एवेम उसको restart किया जावे | यहाँ पर restart मतलब उसको पूरा बंद करके on करने को कहते है, इसमे device या computer पर जो भी OS है वो पूरा band हो कर reload होता है | इसके लिए OS सबसे पहले अपनी run होने वाली services and programs को off करता है फिर hardware को band करके वापस से ON करता है | इस process मे computer की सभी device वापस से scan and detect होती है |
आपको reboot करने की जरुरत तब पड़ती है जब आपने कोई नया software और hardware install किया हो एवेम वो सही काम नहीं कर रहा हो, या फिर कोई application सही respond नहीं कर रही हो or आपके computer मे कोई problem आ रही हो and computer respond नहीं कर रहा हो | किसी भी windows based computer को restart or reboot करने के लिए OS मे start button पर click करने पर restart का option select करना होता है | या फिर दूसरा तरीका Ctrl-Alt-Delete keystroke combination है जिसको press करने पर आपको restart का option मिल जाता है |
Warm Boot : – जब computer को menu option या फिर keystroke combination use करके reboot किया जाता है तो इसको warm boot कहते है |
What is reboot
Cold Boot :- जब computer को OS use करके restart or reboot नहीं किया जाता एवेम direct computer or device का power button use करके उसको off कर दिया जाता है और फिर वापस से power button को press करके ON किया जाता है तो इस process को Cold boot कहा जाता है | इसका मतलब cold boot वो process है जिसमे computer को shutdown or powerless state से ON करके normal working condition मे लाया जाता है | Cold boot को hard boot, cold start or dead start भी कहते है | Cold boot की जरुरत हमको कभी कभी hardware or software troublshoot के समय मे पड़ती है |
अगर cold boot को warm boot से compare करे तो हम कह सकते है की cold boot मे RAM के content को पूरी तरह से फ्लश करने के साथ साथ cache को भी पूरी तरह से clear किया जाता है | इससे ये ensure होता है की computer memory मे कोई भी conflicting programs or data से related traces or instances नहीं बची हो or open नहीं रह गयी हो |
