What is IPsec

In other words – Internet Protocol Security (IPsec) एक secure Internet Protocol  का(IP) protocol suite है जो की कम्युनिकेशन session मे हर IP packet को authenticate and encrypt करके secure communication ensure करता है | IPsec मे वो सभी protocols होती है जो की session के start मे  agents के  बीच  मे  mutual authentication establish करती है एवं during the session cryptographic keys का  negotiation करती  है | IPsec को host to host के बीच, security gateways (network-to-network) के बीच, or security gateway and a host (network-to-host) के बीच data flows को protect करने के लिए भी use किया जा सकता है | 

Internet Protocol security (IPsec),  Internet Protocol (IP) नेटवर्क्स के बीच कम्युनिकेशन को प्रोटेक्ट करने के लिए cryptographic security services को use करता है | IPsec network-level peer ऑथेंटिकेशन, डेटाओरिजिन ऑथेंटिकेशन, डेटा  integrity, डेटा confidentiality (encryption), and replay प्रोटेक्शन को सपोर्ट करता है |
