 Bitlocker  windows का एक security feature है जो की windows OS के सभी hard drive volume (C, D Drive..) मे store data को encrypt करके better data protection provide करता है | Bitlocker, TPM को use करते हुए windows OS पर save user data को lost, or stolen case मे ensure करता है की unauthorized user data को access न कर सके | 

 Bitlocker को TPM के बिना भी use कर सकते है | TPM के बिना use करने के लिए आपको Bitlocker के setup wizard का default behaviour, Group Policy के through (या configure BitLocker by using a script) change करना होगा | जब Bitlocker को TPM के बिना use करते है तो encrypt key USB flash drive मे save रहती है जो की कभी भी drive को unlock करने के लिए काम मे ली जा सकती है |  

What is BitLocker Recovery Key – 

 

BitLocker recovery key एक special key है जो की drive पर first time Bitlocker enable करने के वक़्त windows generate करता है | Key को कंप्यूटर की encrypted drive को access करने के लिए use करते है | Recovery Key को हमेशा safe रखना चाहिए | आप key को print करके, removable media  मे रख सकते है |
