What is BHP (Brake horsepower) in hindi : जब engine के अंदर fuel mixture explodes होता है तो ये बहुत ज्यादा प्रेशर generate करता है ये piston को निचे की तरफ push करता है और इससे जो power piston को निचे की तरफ push करती है उसको Horse Power कहते है | ये maximum power होती है जो की हमको असल मे मिलती है but इंजिन कभी भी friction-free नहीं होता | जब ये मूव करता है तो पिस्टन cylinder wall के against रब करता है इससे connecting rod and piston pin friction create करती है एवं इसके साथ various other parts मूवमेंट पर friction force generate करते है | जब आप इन सब (frictional horse power) को total कर लेते हो और फिर indicative horse पावर मे से subtract कर लेते हो तो आपको Brake Horse Power BHP मिलती है | वो पावर जो की एंड मे crankshaft मे बची रहती है कहलाती है | The power which is available at the end of the crankshaft.
